Shipments to HI, PR, AK are based on actual freight carrier rates and freight charges are added to the invoice.

Dealer Freight Program applies to standard mount orders shipping via ground service within the contiguous US. Excludes oversized products (with a shipping dimension greater than 48"), extension columns greater than 7' in length, outdoor TVs & displays, kiosks, carts & stands, dvLED mounts, and custom products where normal freight applies. Oversized products, at any quantity, require palletized LTL service.

Charges may apply for special services, including but not limited to liftgate, delivery appointment, inside delivery, limited access, or residential delivery. Any required special services must be requested at the time of PO submission to avoid premium charges assessed after shipment.
